(February 20, 2014) Innovative Food Processors, Inc. (IFP) is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Quade and Jeanne Ghorley to their Specialty Ingredients team. Mr. Quade will fill the newly created position of Product Manager for Specialty Ingredients and Ms. Ghorley will fill the position of Inside Sales Representative.

New additions to the team will support and enhance IFP’s growing Specialty Ingredients business. “Industry expectations for consistent high-quality ingredients at cost-effective competitive prices, backed up by excellent services demand that we add these additional resources,” said Walt Zackowitz, Marketing Director, Specialty Ingredients, “We are happy to add such seasoned professionals to move our team forward and support our customers in their needs.”

Mr. Quade has a BS degree in Marketing and Business Administration from University of Minnesota-Mankato and an MBA from Metro State University in St. Paul. He brings strong sales and marketing background, most recently in Cargill’s Health and Nutrition Group. “The food industry continues to change and I’m excited to be part of such an innovative company as IFP. I feel their strong customer focus and agile responsiveness set them apart from the competition; the possibilities are endless.”

Ms. Ghorley has a BS degree in Finance from University of Tennessee and brings customer communication experience, office management, marketing and accounting experience to the team. She previously worked at Primera foods.
